* Communication and clinical administration may include any time spent outside of your treatment session communicating with you or with other healthcare professionals, carers, or family members involved in your care (by phone, email, text, letter or in person), writing up specialist prescribed exercise programs, writing reports, training carers or family members, or researching equipment providers specifically for your needs. This an essential part of your treatment, and if you choose to engage in our services then you are also agreeing to these costs if required.
